I'll go ahead and predict it: hands-on execution stops mattering. *"Can you do it"* no longer separates anyone. *"How much, in what shape, did you deliver"* is the new question. AI will handle most of the doing. The skills that matter in Silicon Valley right now are **delegation** and **review** — how efficiently you allocate the resources you have, and how rigorously you validate the output that comes back. The bar is about to rise, fast.
