예전에는 휴가가 설레었는데 이제는 두렵습니다. 휴가를 써도 미팅은 사라지는 게 아니라 나중으로 밀립니다. 어떤 일은 저를 대신할 사람이 없다는 것을 이미 압니다. 대신할 사람이 잘 해낼지 걱정됩니다. 가끔 휴가 때 놓친 일이 두 배로 돌아오기도 합니다. 하지만 **이건 잘못된 것입니다.** 제가 성장하려면 **'내가 없어도' 회사가 잘 굴러가야 합니다.** 그러지 않다면 뭔가 잘못하고 있는 것입니다. **내가 bottleneck이 되지 말아야 합니다.** 가끔은 무작정 휴가를 써서 테스트를 해 보는 것도 나쁘지 않은 것 같습니다.Also in EnglishA leader has to engineer their own

Time off used to be exciting. Now it's stressful. Time off doesn't make meetings vanish — it pushes them later. Some work has no substitute for me, and I already know it. I worry whether my backup can carry it. Sometimes whatever I missed comes back doubled when I'm back. But **this is wrong.** For me to grow, *the company has to run fine without me.* If it doesn't, something's broken. **I cannot be the bottleneck.** Honestly, sometimes the right move is to take time off *specifically* to stress-test that — and see what the team does without me.
