One year out feels scarier now.
I can barely keep up with the AI updates. Roughly weekly, something staggering drops. The acceleration this year is clearly steeper than last. I don't know what AGI or superintelligence will look like, or how it'll restructure the world — but the arrival is felt. Maybe what we used to call superintelligence is *already here*. The assumption that senior Silicon Valley engineers are hard to replace — I don't know how long that one holds either. The only path is to stay flexible, stay bold, keep moving. **If you stop now, you fall behind. Period.**
