Of everything I've heard in eight years at Meta, what stuck hardest was a recent line from one of our VPs: **"Drop the ego and become AI-native, whatever it takes. The moment you think 'AI can't do this part of my job,' your ego is already costing you the path forward."** The professional pride you've spent a career accumulating is now the biggest blocker.
