Alex's current project has so many stakeholders that a single doc grows to about 50 tabs and he debates it with 50 to 100 people. Persuading each person and folding in their input turns the doc into something close to a research paper. Real requirements and reviewers at Meta far exceed any demo, so the work is more detailed, longer and harder.
