AX is not an AI adoption project. It is a redefinition of culture and operating process. This is the one sentence left after answering 100+ questions in a Threads AMA as tech lead of Meta's AX organization. An AX engineer at LG Electronics, a web-agency planner, a game developer, an in-house FDE, an AX educator, and a startup leader were asking the same thing in different languages: not which tool to buy or how to train people, but who redesigns the way work flows, and how. Every answer about definition, starting point, measurement, operation, governance, and career is a footnote to that sentence.
