Every role splits into one of two kinds: builder or reviewer. AI made it easy to make anything. *Making it faster, making it better* — still hard. The leaders of the next decade are 100× builders. But even 100× builders hit walls. What they hit is taste — *the ability to see what's not there yet.* That's where reviewers earn their seat: people who look at the build and see the next move that nobody else can see. When a builder and a reviewer pair up, you get 500×, not 200×. I'm living it right now: three people, a product serving a hundred thousand. Going forward, these are the only two roles left.
