When a Meta CTO 1:1 lands on my calendar, the AI-native shift is already industry-wide. I just had a 1:1 with Meta's CTO. Eight years at this company and I couldn't have imagined this meeting. Before I've even understood what's happening, the opportunities are stacking. **The last three months brought more change than the prior eight years.** AI isn't a passing event. It will reshape the industry — period. That's why I'm shipping an AI-native course in the middle of my day job. For some people right now this is a crisis. For others it's the moment.
