Meta paid $1B per hire for a hundred people. That's now the impact ceiling of one human. Meta reportedly spent over $1 trillion to hire 100 people — roughly $1 billion each, sometimes more. I think it's a great investment. Given sufficient resources today, one human's impact ceiling is genuinely that high.
