Any problem follows the same six steps. **One**, gather the people who know the problem best. **Two**, find the root cause together. **Three**, enumerate every plausible solution. **Four**, pick the one with the best ROI. **Five**, run it and measure with data. **Six**, look at the result, decide the next step. Company problems, life problems, relationship problems — the steps don't change. You don't need to be the expert. Your job is to assemble the right people and own the decision.
