빅테크 AX 테크리드로서 보는 AX의 핵심은 셋입니다. Ontology는 조직 안의 모든 지식과 정보를 인프라로 만드는 일, Rewire는 조직을 사람 중심에서 에이전트 중심으로 바꾸는 일, Govern은 에이전트가 사람의 의도에서 벗어나지 않도록 틀을 잡는 일입니다. 이 셋을 ORG framework라고 부릅니다.

1. Ontology: turning every piece of knowledge and information inside the organization into infrastructure (context, knowledge graph).
2. Rewire: moving the organization from human-centered to agent-centered (for example, how decisions get made).
3. Govern: framing agents so they do not drift from human intent (rules, contracts, actions, boundaries).
