When the room ignores your idea, stop persuading. Ship it and let the result speak. I once carried a project at Meta that nobody wanted. Every time I floated the idea or asked for code review, eyes glazed over. Then I finished it. The same people who'd dismissed it walked up and asked, *"how did you build this?"* The lesson: there are moments when the room cannot be persuaded in advance, and the demo is the only argument that lands. Shipping is sometimes cheaper than convincing.
