Before quitting, check three things. Is your career goal clear, does the company have people who can help your career, and if one person is the reason, have you confronted it at least once? Alex nearly quit two years earlier but held on; two years later he was promoted and more than doubled his pay. Without knowing what you want to do, you will likely regret quitting, and your current company is the best place to build a network. If a person is the reason, confronting them may teach you something or make the problem disappear.
